Answer - Tinted moisturiser give's sheer coverage that does not look heavy, it may be applied with a brush for expert coverage.
For greater concealing properties apply a concealer over the top with a sponge.
Try applying eye cream to the eye area first this will help the concealer glide, and finish with a light dusting of powder.
